Starting in 1990, SCOA launched its first Master Planned Community development named, Medlock Bridge and located northeast of Atlanta. Since then we have continuously been developing MPC’s primarily in Atlanta and Houston. Our most recent MPC, in partnership with The Caldwell Companies, named The Highlands and located in Houston, TX started sales in 2021.
